With an extraordinarily condensed construction schedule, Greta Perry Construction Management completed the full building restoration of the historic red brick building on the southeast corner of Woodies. The 4 story historic red brick building, originally built in the late 1800's housed Rich's Shoes, the building had not been updated in decades. The restoration included careful brick and window restoration, storefront replacement, all in compliance with the Federal Historic Tax Credit guidelines. All new infrastructure was brought into the building in time to make the grand opening for the new tenant, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, in October 2007.
