Project Description:
Teamed with Stranix Associates, Greta Perry Construction Management provided owner's representation for the new headquarters for the owner at 251 H Street, NW.  Located on an air rights site over 1-395, the structurally demanding site was a tremendous challenge.  The new 8 story building integrates offices and a conference facility.  This dramatic stone/curtainwall building has stunning views of the US Capitol.
